EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Have you received your order and do you want to return and / or exchange something? No point, request a return number from customer service (contact or chat) within 14 days of receipt of your order.
EXCHANGES
If you want to exchange one or more articles for something else, you can request an Exchange via info@hafsamode.com. Hafsa Mode's customer service checks the availability of your desired product (s) and then reserves them immediately. After receiving your return, we will ship the desired products. If your desired size is no longer available, we will contact you to report this.

If you want to return an item, you must observe the following points:

After receipt of your return shipment you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
Depending on your wishes, we will undoubtedly come to a solution.
REQUIREMENTS
Returns are only accepted if they meet all of the following conditions:
The shipment must be postage prepaid and must be provided with a valid return number. We recommend that you always send your return as a postal package.
The item / items must be returned in the original packaging. The packaging must be complete and undamaged.
The article / articles must be undamaged and show no traces of use
Items that have been used and / or damaged, or whose packaging / seal is damaged or missing, will also not be accepted and will be returned directly to the sender. The shipping costs associated with this are at the expense of the sender.
